It is a great joy to feel all the cells in the body bursting with health and surplus to be able to live life to the fullest - but for many of us it does not come by itself!

I am a trained biopath / naturopath in biological medicine and psychomotor therapist. On a daily basis, I test clients in my home clinic. In addition, I teach: COPD team, back training, strength training, shoulder-neck, knee-hip, senior fitness and fibromyalgia teams.

My interest in natural treatment started already when I was young, as I was regularly plagued by cystitis. The prospect of frequent penicillin treatments, and a real risk of resistance, did not feel like the best choice. Therefore, it made great sense to explore different possibilities within natural treatment.

After using various medicinal herbs with great advantage to treat urinary tract infections, I found with the vega test that I was loaded with the heavy metal mercury . It took me a long time to cleanse, but when the vega test one day finally tested me free of heavy metal load, my urinary tract infections disappeared - at least the improvement became so great that it took many months and they became much easier to treat.

Daily exercise is an important part of my life.

I am creative and often inspired by the wonderful nature around my childhood home on Møn.

A naturopath / biopath in biological medicine deals with treating the whole person and finding out the underlying causes of a health problem - and thereby helping the body and psyche to regain the natural balance.
